The purchase itself is completed on our retail partner’s site - the buy buttons here take you straight to the right listing. Delivery speed and cost for your address are shown at their checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises after the fact.

Where the details live

Once an order is placed, the partner’s order page becomes the single source of truth: carrier, current status, and the expected arrival window all live there and update as the parcel moves.

What we handle, and what we do not

We design the hardware and write the guides you are reading. The movement of parcels is entirely the partner’s side of the arrangement, which is why a delivery question can only be answered accurately from your order page there - not from our inbox.

While you wait
