Once an order is placed, its order page becomes the single source of truth: carrier, current status, and the expected arrival window all live there and update as the parcel moves.

We design the hardware and write the guides you are reading. The movement of parcels happens entirely on the side where the order was placed, which is why a delivery question can only be answered accurately from your order page there - not from our inbox.
