Setup questions, answered
Who actually sells the hardware?
Our retail partner runs the listings. Every buy button on this site opens the matching product page there, and the whole purchase - payment, delivery, and any return - happens on their side.
Why is the price here different from the listing?
Prices move on the partner listing, and the numbers printed here are checked periodically rather than live. The listing you land on always shows the price that counts.
The remote shows a release date. What does that mean?
Availability states come straight from the listing. A dated item can be ordered now and is sent out once that date arrives.
Something was missing from the package. Who fixes that?
Open the order page at our retail partner - a missing cable or remote inside a sealed box is handled there. If instead the box is complete and simply will not behave, write to us first; nine times out of ten it is a settings or antenna matter we can talk you through.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Nothing is bought on this site, no account is created, and no payment form exists here to remember anything.
Can you help me choose between the two converter boxes?
That is what the signal check is for: three questions about your screen and setup, one clear answer.
